We've got a very clear idea of where we're headed. We want to provide well-designed, affordable and sustainable housing, nationwide. And we want to do it by building a profitable and lean business that drives down costs, that's rewarding to work for and that brings employment to the local community.

• We want to build homes that are inexpensive to live in (our idea of affordability extends to more than the purchase price). TEAM homes will provide hassle free, cost-effective living from the first day people move in.
• We're committed to creating an efficient model for construction and development that we can roll out to other urban areas where affordable housing is in demand.
• We want to drive down the cost of construction without cutting corners in build quality or design.
• We're designing homes that appeal to everyone, especially people on intermediate incomes and those wanting low cost homes. Our spaces will look great on the outside and be just as well designed on the inside.
• We want to bring back life to urban areas by regenerating derelict land. All of our homes will be built on brownfield sites, land that's been previously developed.
• To make sure we give everyone the best possible value at every step of the way, we have spent the last three years refining the 7 processes that make up the TEAM model. Constantly looking for better ways to do things we believe will benefit employees and occupiers, suppliers and shareholders and of course the community.
