TEAM Story

The lack of affordable housing in the South East is well known. Demand is outstripping supply, prices are wildly in excess of what first time buyers can afford, people have to live further and further away from their work, the list goes on. As if that wasn't enough, the housing that is built and that is affordable, is often poor quality or badly designed.

This is not what anyone could describe as a sustainable housing solution. Which is why we founded TEAM.

Disappointed by the lack of well-made, well-designed, affordable housing in London, TEAM was created in 2003 by a group of people from all areas of the property industry. People with a common desire to find a way of offering better value for money than other house builders.

Since then we've done everything we can to make the process of developing, building and buying homes better for everyone. We're using innovative building techniques that cut costs (but not corners). We cut waste wherever possible. We've developed initiatives that involve the local community in our projects.
