TEAM Projects - Sutton Wharf North (Bow)

Our first project has just received planning permission. Suttons Wharf in Bow, consists of 419 new homes in an attractive canal side location. The development has views of Mile End Park on one side and overlooks Meath Gardens on the other and features plans for an on-site health centre, nursery and convenience store. As well as other commercial space, the development will be a mixture of tenure with social rented, intermediate and open market accommodation available.
