TEAM Projects - Parmiter Street (Bethnal Green)

TEAM have just submitted a planning application for their second development , at the heart of the East End in Bethnal Green. We are unveiling an exciting blueprint for much needed urban family housing. There are some 105 family units ( as well as studio and commercial space) and a wealth of amenity space – courtyards, a new semi-pedestrianised public street, terraces and roof gardens, and the intriguingly named 'Urban Allotments'

We are also aiming to meet the highest environmental standards with the most advanced technologies being explored for energy generation, water use and recycling, and transport.
