Design & Logistics: Our design and logistics process optimises the planning process so that it is faster, fairer and more flexible and gives local people more say in how their community will be made more sustainable.
Site Preparation: We believe in utilizing the potential of previously developed land (Brownfield sites). This may mean demolishing old buildings, and improving the soil to give the site a new future.
Shell & Core: By using the latest in modern methods of construction we are able to build housing quickly and cost effectively. It also means we can guarantee high quality, predictable results time after time.
Fit Out: Our homes are designed to make the most efficient use of internal space and to remain ‘defect free’ in the long term. We are also committed to maximum energy efficiency and minimum environmental impact.
