Keeping it local. Team take control of manufacturing base.

On the 7th July Team Limited took possession of a 6 Acre site in the heart of Tower Hamlets. The former Courage Distribution depot at Wyke Road will become the manufacturing base for Team’s nearby Suttons Wharf development. The 80,000 sq ft building will become home for a locally recruited workforce of up to 100 people and house an R&D department and a training facility. Ideally situated between the A102 and the canal, (and, incidentally only a few hundred metres from the 2012 Olympic Stadium) Team’s new facility will be capable of producing up to 2000 homes a year when running at full capacity. The canal-side location is a perfect opportunity for Team to transport building components by water – minimising road journeys, noise and disruption to the local community.
